Job Description
Join an energetic team in the Commercial/Industrial Construction industry.  We are in need of a determined individual with great communication skills to work alongside the owners in exploring building project opportunities.  This is a part-time job, daily from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

 Responsibilities are but not limited to:
 Research past present and prospective clients.
 Develop a contact list of people associated with those projects, owners, architects, Developers,
   engineers etc. Update and maintain the list and initiate reconnecting for future opportunities.
 Canvas companies in our immediate area with a brochure or introductory meeting to see if there is a
    need for our services.
 Search public bidding opportunities by searching websites in which public projects are advertised.
   Obtain licenses for several websites and review opportunities pursue new business opportunities.
 Subscribe to papers and publications where opportunities might exist that we could offer our service.
 Utilize a tool that will help us be consistent in reaching prospective clients and develop a more
   effective networking schedule.
 • Work with lead generation tools.
 • Generate qualified leads through cold calling.
 Learn and consistently use marketing system and accompanying tools to maintain contact with all
    levels of prospective customers.
 Organize events for clients, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, professional partners
 Coordinate presentations for client interviews
 Pursue feedback from existing and previous client base and develop strategies for improvement.
 Assist with presentation material for project specific interviews assist in the set up and delivery of
   the interview.
 Assist the President in new business development by managing various tools i.e.: sales force, Linkedln,
 Set up and maintain schedules for the president to meet with and develop relationships with past and
    present future clients
 Be a part of the team to close sales deals
 Skills and Specifications
 Detailed oriented
 Excellent communication skills both oral and written 
 Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
 Team player able to do whatever it takes to make the team a success
 Self-starter, entrepreneurial with hands on approach to business.
 • Able to work independently
 • Excellent phone etiquette
 • Sales experience:  Cold calling, lead generation
