Account Representative - 30-40 hours/week

Local State Farm agent is looking for motivated professionals who love to combine needs-based sales with exceptional customer service! We focus on meeting our policyholders' needs, being a caring member of the community, and providing an enjoyable workplace. This position requires servicing and actively engaging existing clients, as well as marketing to new prospects. Both full-time and four days/week positions open!

Base Hourly Pay: Varies based on education and experience. Starting at $15/hour.
Commissions/Bonuses: Unlimited - varies based on knowledge, experience and motivation.
Hours: Our office is open M/W/F 9am-5pm and T/Th 9am-6pm
Benefits: Paid vacation, sick time and holidays. Health and retirement available.
Education: High school diploma; college degree desirable
Experience: 2-3 years business or customer service experience preferred; insurance and/or banking experience desirable; high comfort level with various computer programs; bi-lingual in English & Spanish a plus!                    
Requirements: Licensed insurance producer in Illinois or ability to achieve license.
Location: Close to home! Great commute, visibility and office environment! A block east of Randall Road on Route 64 in St. Charles, just down from Starbucks and across from McDonalds.
