Schramm Construction offers commercial contracting, construction management, and design build for industrial/manufacturing businesses, religious organizations, recreational facilities, medical practices, retailers and restaurants, institutions, municipalities, office users, and so many more organizations throughout Chicago-land area. Our motto is ''Excellence in Construction; Building with Integrity,'' and it is what we have built our firm on over the past 25 years.
Some of our most notable projects include multiple contracts at the coveted Rich Harvest Farms and Tiger-Drylac, USA Inc., the scenic Orange Lake Resort, and Christ Community Church in St. Charles. We are also proud to be the general contractor for several award-winning projects in St. Charles, IL., such as Baker Community Ctr, Tek-Pak, Inc. and Tiger Drylac,USA, Inc.

At the heart of Schramm Construction is giving back. Our firm has been giving both our time and money to many area organizations, as well as those abroad. Fred Schramm, and wife Annette, founded The Hearten Haiti Project and continue work with the hospital, school, and orphanage.
