DESCRIPTION:Solve codes and riddles to find the "treasures" left by the Colonel & Nelle Fabyan!\n\n\n\nWith a treasure map in hand\, explore Colonel George and Nelle Fabyan's former estate\, Riverbank (now the Fabyan Forest Preserve). \n\n\n\nPick up your map and first clue at the Fabyan Villa Museum. The treasure hunt is outdoors\, so dress for the weather and bring your walking shoes. The Villa is approximately 1/2 mile from the parking lot (see parking location and map here. Expect to walk about another mile throughout the preserve to solve all the clues. The treasure hunt is ideal for families or couples. All children must be supervised. \n\n\n\nONLY ONE MAP IS REQUIRED FOR ANY GROUP OF 10 OR FEWER.\n\n\n\nVolunteers will be available from 12-3 PM throughout the Forest Preserve to provide hints to any clues.\n\n\n\nDISCLAIMER:\n\nThis experience is meant to be a fun outdoor activity only. The Treasure Hunt at Fabyan is about finding all the clues in order on your map. There is no real treasure to be found.
