Please join FVHH in a walk to celebrate the memory of your loved one!
On Saturday, September 15th Fox Valley Hands of Hope will hold its annual 5k family fun run and walk. Please join us that day in remembering your loved one and celebrating their life. A 5K to Remember is a time when family and friends gather on a crisp fall morning and run or walk the beautiful Fox River loop in honor, or in memory, of a loved one. This is a comfortable and beautiful 5k course, starting at the Peg Bond Center in downtown Batavia.

There’s no time to waste! DEADLINE FOR LARGEST TEAM AND BIGGEST FUNDRAISING TEAM IS August 30 AT 10:00 AM. This year, we will be offering amazing INCENTIVE PRIZES for our top supporters including:
THE BIGGEST FUNDRAISING INDIVIDUAL
(ALL FUNDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 9/17/18)
will be awarded a Kindle!
THE BIGGEST FUNDRAISING TEAM
will receive a personalized signage featuring their team’s name, FVHH drawstring bags and acknowledgement
at the start of the race.
THE LARGEST TEAM
will receive personalized signage featuring their team’s name, wristbands customized with their team’s name,
and acknowledgement at the start of the race.
INDIVIDUALS THAT RAISE OVER $75
will receive FVHH drawstring bag.
A memory board is displayed at the event where walkers can post photos and mementos of their loved ones.
Proceeds of this event enable FVHH to achieve our mission of enhancing the quality of life and to provide hope for those experiencing grief or life-threatening illness, at no charge to our community.

We will meet at the beautifully situated Peg Bond Center located in downtown Batavia along the Fox River. The route will start in downtown Batavia at the trail bridge and continue north to the Fabyan Parkway trail Bridge, looping back south to the finish line at the Peg Bond Center.
