Description
One of the many services the St. Charles Chamber offers to its’ members is the wealth of business resources and experience known as the Ambassador’s Club.
The Ambassador’s are comprised of experienced business people, former St. Charles Chamber Board Members, past and present St. Charles elected City officials, and many winners of our community’s highest honor; the St. Charles Chamber Charlemagne Award.
These qualified business leaders are available as a resource to all Chamber Members. The Ambassador’s have mentored many new businesses over the years. Their wealth of knowledge ranges from marketing to information technology to money management to real estate and beyond.
In order for an Ambassador to achieve this Emeritus status they must have been involved with the St. Charles Chamber for many years. They must have been involved with either owning or managing a business. They must have served in some capacity on the Chamber Board of Directors (usually for many years) or they must have been an elected City Official.
You will see the Ambassador’s at Chamber open houses or ribbon cuttings wearing the “bling” they have earned over the years. If you are new to the Chamber they will take the time to introduce you to other Chamber members so that the networking for your business can begin.
The reformation of the Ambassador’s was resurrected at the behest of past Chairman Jim Keller, who saw the need for this successful business mentoring program. This tradition is kept alive by existing Chairman Tom Hansen and his Board of Directors.
So, if you are contemplating starting a new business or may be seeking a new direction for your existing business please remember that the Ambassador’s stand ready to assist you.
