Description
Balance Strong is a class designed for those that need to improve their balance while increasing strength. The class meets in the Balance Center of Smith Physical Therapy.
The class meets every Wednesday for 6 weeks.
Class Dates: 11/6/24, 11/13/24/, 11/20/24, 12/4/24, 12/11/24, 12/18/24 (No class the week of Thanksgiving)
