SPECIAL EVENT- KIDS KARATE CAMP 2013!
Ages 4-9 Tues-Thurs, June 18th-20th, 9 am to Noon. We are conducting a fun and exciting camp for children ages 4-9! No previous experience in the martial arts in necessary!
Martial Arts and fitness activities will include :Kihon (basics-stances, blocking & striking), Kumite (sparring)-non contact drills as well as self-defense, martial arts prototcols and principles, obstacle courses, games, races and more. Teaching Respect, Comraderie & Self Defense
