Mother’s Day Honors Yoga
Honor Mother, bring the kids to a Going To My Happy Place MOTHER'S DAY HONOR YOGA on Sunday, May 12th! A perfect way to give back to Mom and include mature children ages 10 and up! - 2 classes with different formats available. The first at 11:30 am, Rock Your Yoga with Heather will focus on alignment and the activity of vinyasa, keeping Mom and the family in focus. The second class, Breathe Gentle with Amy, 4:15 would be the class for middle school-high school ages and Mom, in a restorative type gentle class. Both teachers are expert at adapting the level to the students attending. Gift Certificates are available or bring the family in on Sunday!
