PAINT THE GARDEN PINK!
What does gardening have to do with breast cancer? Cancer is like a weed that you just can't get out of your garden. Wouldn't it be great if we could get rid of that weed and enjoy our gardens for many years to come?
Wasco Nursery is holding a Pink Night Fundraiser as part of the Invincibelle(R) Spirit Campaign to raise $1 million for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Invincibelle(R) Spirit is a beautiful new pink hydrangea and throughout the year one dollar from the sale of each plant is donated to BCRF. The evening will feature Raffles, Silent Auction, Duck Pond, Refreshments and more. 25% of the sale of pink plants and 10% of the sale of other plants will be donated to BCRF and two local organizations, the Delnor Center for Breast Health and LivingWell Cancer Resource Center.
