Description

Learn if incorporating is the best approach when undertaking a business enterprise.
Score mentor and attorney Fran Zollers will examine the various forms of business organizations and their characteristics.
The goal of the founders may dictate which form of organization to undertake.

The workshop is designed for those who are considering establishing a business or those who are in the early stages of forming a business.

Representatives from the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce and SCORE will be available to answer your questions at the end of the program.
