Join the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce to help celebrate one of our local businesses Fully Promoted! Who specializes in branded apparel, promotional products and marketing services. Their ribbon cutting is on Thursday July 12th @ 4:30pm. Join Mayor Raymond Rogina, Chamber staff and other guests at this celebration! There will be a Champagne Toast and a business card raffle drawing!
