Description
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is an American Cancer Society fundraising event that takes place annually in St. Charles (Fox Valley). Funds raised through this event benefit ACS programs and services, education and prevention, and life saving breast cancer research.
The 3 mile, non-competitive walk will take place during breast cancer awareness month on Sunday, October 6th at the East Side Sports Complex in St. Charles.
Registration is required by all participants and fundraising is encouraged. You can form a team with your friends, family, or coworkers and raise funds through hosting fundraisers or online with your Making Strides website or via Facebook.
There are also sponsorship and volunteer opportunities available.
