"Molten" Glass & Metals Gallery Show Beyond Compare

You may have seen artwork crafted from glass or metal, but never before have you seen the range, originality and quality coming together for "Molten", a nationally juried glass and metals show coming to Fine Line Creative Arts Center in St. Charles.

Intricate glass pieces, a range of wearable metal creations and innovative metal sculptures all created by artists from around the country will be on display as well as available for purchase throughout the show.

“Molten” will run Jan. 11 through Feb. 15. 2014 in the Kavanagh Gallery on the Fine Line campus, and will feature wearable, decorative and functional creations formed of glass and/or metals. 

This show’s opening reception, from 2 - 4:30 pm on Saturday, January 11, will provide the opportunity to meet with several of the participating artists.

Fine Line Creative Arts Center, located at 37W570 Bolcum Rd. in St. Charles, is a nonprofit art school offering classes for adults in a range of fine arts. Two galleries are included on the Fine Line campus, featuring local to international artists.
