Description
Since Illinois made sexual harassment training mandatory for every Illinois employer beginning in 2020, Illinois employers are scrambling to discover the minimum standards and content necessary to be in compliance. This timely seminar will provide attendees a thorough understanding of the new law and legal requirements. The presentation will also provide actual sample content to adopt and utilize in training the workforce. Key HR practices and policies will also be reviewed and discussed to help employers navigate the legal mandates in the most practical and effective manner possible.
