Delnor Health & Wellness Center is now Cadence Fitness & Health Center. Join us for an Open House.

Event: The new Cadence Fitness & Health Center (formerly Delnor Health & Wellness Center) will be hosting an Open House on Saturday, May 4, 2013, from 9 a.m. to noon.
The day will focus on exercise, nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits and is open to the community and center members.

When: Saturday, May 4, 2013
Where: Cadence Fitness & Health Center (formerly Delnor Health & Wellness)
296 Randall Road, Geneva, IL
Timing: 9 a.m. to Noon
Fair Information: Join us for a day of important fitness and health information for all ages! The day includes a variety of screenings such as grip, strength, and posture. There will be healthy heart information, sun safety tips and fitness demonstrations. Discover your level of fitness with simple stretch/reach and BMI tests. Afterward, relax and unwind with a chair massage.
Cost: The event is free and open to all members of the community.
