July Refresh & Renew at Visiting Angels
If you are a busy working woman, looking to put a little balance back into your life, join us for July's Refresh & Renew meeting.
Colleen Clapper is July's guest speaker. As a former pageant winner, she has an inspiring message to share with us.
Colleen has her M.S. in Art Therapy from Northern Illinois University and has been doing crisis counseling with different populations for over 22 years. she has given motivational speeches at various organizations, churches, businesses, and schools and has appeared on television shows such as Overcoming the Odds with Chris Alexander. Colleen has been part of various ministries with Anne Graham Lotz and Joni and Friends Spjecial Needs Ministry.
Visiting Angels of South Elgin has developed this monthly program to reach out to the needs of working women. The monthly Refresh & Renew is meant to provide a time to escape amidst the backdrop of women's hectic work lives. It's just a one hour meeting, but even in that short time, participants will walk away feeling energized. Bring your lunch and invite a friend or co-worker.
The meeting takes place at the River Crossing Condominiums at 10 N. Gilbert St., South Elgin, IL 60177.
