We have been in business in downtown St. Charles since 2010. The owners, Kimberly and Isaac Yates are the thankful to be a part of such a supportive community . Over the years we have been blessed with hiring incredible staff from the surrounding high schools and colleges. Not only do we believe in outstanding customer service, we also believe in developing and mentoring our employees with kindess and respect. This has allowed us to employ so many amazing young adults. Our St. Charles location is managed by Amy Soden who's care and patience has developed our staff, countless Kimmer's Kares fundraisers, to give back to our community, and even worked with the Girl Scouts of America to develop a "Kimmer's Ice Cream" patch. She is also an active participant in the Downtown St. Charles partnership to keep Kimmer's fully engaged. Besides all of that, she has added a warmth and consistancy to the St. Charles experience that we are so lucky to have.
