Join us for the Ribbon Cutting of the opening of a new apartment development on the east side of St. Charles, Springs at St. Charles (just west of the Walmart).
They will have a Grand Opening Open House event from 3-8 PM where they are offering a waived application and administration fee special ($300 savings).
