In teaching asana, your own body is a sensitive and refined instrument of perception and holistic awareness. From this integrated awareness arises intuition. We’ll tune up the “body as receiver” by reviewing the principles of core alignment as applied to your own body and practice. Then we will practice refining your eye, and developing your intuitive mind in teaching. Learn to translate your “gut” wisdom into verbal cues and hands-on assists and adjustments.
