Description
Learn about your requirements under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) to provide relief to those impacted by COVID-19. This act requires employers with less than 500 employees to provide family medical leave and paid sick leave to employees for qualified COVID-19 related reasons. Employers will receive 100% reimbursement for qualified paid leave by taking refundable tax credits to offset payroll taxes due.
