Description
Join us for "Healthy Choices in the Workplace" - an educational luncheon hosted by the Women's Business Council! This exciting event will feature three amazing speakers who will provide valuable insights into how to better maintain your physical and mental health in the workplace.
SPEAKERS:
- Mary Zupke, MS, RDN, LDN, FAND, a registered and licensed dietitian. Currently working full time as an Oncology/Pediatric Dietitian for Northwestern Medicine and NM Delnor Cancer Center, Mary will speak about Healthy Snacks and Quick Meals including Anti-Inflammatory Foods for Working Professionals and provide tips on how to maintain a healthy diet despite a busy work schedule.
- Tiffany Fitzpatrick of Mended Chiropractic LLC, will speak on Body Posture in the office and provide valuable insights on how to maintain good posture while working at a desk.
- Jamie Kruse, owner of Torus Therapy, will be speaking on mental health in the workplace. Jamie will provide valuable tips on how to manage stress and maintain mental health in a busy work environment.
