Industrial Committee
Develop and strengthen the relationships between the industrial businesses and the entire business community.
They meet the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 3-4 PM at the Chamber.
LEAD$ - Friday
Meets every Friday at 8:30 a.m. in the Chamber Boardroom. Made up of non-competing St. Charles member businesses for the purpose of expanding their business and increasing their business knowledge through weekly networking meetings

Meets every Wednesday at 8:15 a.m. in the Chamber Boardroom. This group was developed to act as an extended sales force committed to helping each member grow their business through quality leads and referrals. Through relationships built in the group, we will provide personal introductions and recommendations.

Meet every other Thursday of the month from 8:15-9:15 AM at the Chamber.
Learning & Development Committee (Education)
Provide educational seminars beneficial to our members. The series will concentrate on strengthening the Small Business Academy
The L&D Committee meets the 1st Wednesday of every month at 3:00 PM

Meets at 1:00 pm on the second Tuesday of every month
Membership Committee
To help the Chamber increase new membership, develop relationships between existing members and continue to educate members on the many services of the Chamber

Women's Business Council
Meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 8:30 AM, starting May 11, 2022.
To act as a network for a more effective exchange of ideas among women and men in the community and the business or service organizations they represent. Assist business professionals in the community, weather employee or business owners, to sharpen their business skills and to encourage business mentoring. To support and enhance the personal and professional growth and development of its members
Young Professionals Council
To have chamber members, under the age of 40, come together and foster relationship-building, career development, entrepreneurial endeavors and civic involvement among professionals of all ages
