Ashley is a strategic, growth-oriented marketing and communications leader with 15 years of experience working cross-functionally to develop effective, award-winning marketing and communications campaigns. She brings experience in account management, strategy, creative development, client relations, and team leadership, with a proven ability to work well with all levels of an organization.

Beatriz (Tiza) M. Pyle, PhD, is a coach and consultant whose practice is focused  on organizational and personal change.  She  brings to her coaching engagements extensive experience and knowledge in change processes,  leadership and team development. She  is the president and CEO of Pyle Consulting Group, Inc., a consulting practice focused on working with organizations and individuals who want to make positive changes to meet their aspirations. Tiza works with clients to develop self-awareness to increase their effectiveness and results.   She is also an author, and her books on personal transformation and change are available from Amzson.com. As a native of Brazil, Tiza offers workshops and presentations in English and Portuguese. She lives in St. Charles, 

Dee Johnson is Managing Director, Supporting Strategies | Chicago Northwest Suburbs, a business she founded in 2018. Dee has an MBA from The Wharton School and extensive experience in corporate finance and investor communications.  At Supporting Strategies, she leads a local bookkeeping practice providing business process support for business and nonprofit clients.  "It's our goal to help business owners and nonprofit leaders solve bookkeeping once and for all by providing highly professional services and the best tools for the client's tasks," she said.  Dee lives in Bartlett and is a member of Bethlehem Lutheran in St. Charles.
