Pat is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach, specializing in working with Business Owners and CEOs who are looking to grow their businesses.  He is a leader of change and transformation with over 35 years of experience in management and operations. Pat works with business owners to empower teams to understand issues and use proven tools to create world class solutions. His goal is to help businesses solve issues with time, team, money, and strategy challenges so they can create better growth and balance in their lives.

Ashley is a strategic, growth-oriented marketing and communications leader with 15 years of experience working cross-functionally to develop effective, award-winning marketing and communications campaigns. She brings experience in account management, strategy, creative development, client relations, and team leadership, with a proven ability to work well with all levels of an organization.

In my agency, we like to believe that we do things a little bit differently, because we understand that insurance is not a "one size fits all".  I work with each of my clients to gather information on what is important to you and create solutions to provide great coverage at the best price.  So, in the event of a car accident, house fire, liability lawsuit, or God forbid the untimely death of a family member.. You are covered on your family's worst day.   My agency motto is we don't insure things, we insure people who happen to have things. 

Nikki has lived in St. Charles for most of her life and is a 1994 graduate from St. Charles High School (when it was just one ). She attended Western Michigan University and received a B.S. in Elementary Education. She taught in Texas for 5 years, but came back to St. Charles where she taught on and off for 20 years in the surrounding area. She has a daughter who also attended and graduated St. Charles East. Her pitbull terrier mix is from a supportive member, Anderson Humane. She joined the Chamber team to share her knowledge and love of St. Charles in February of 2022. Nikki loves working with the members and helping them make connections with others to continue the growth of her community and home.
