The Berkshire Hathaway Starck Real Estate office in St. Charles is offering a free home buyers seminar. Gathering information from a panel of experts is the first step to owning your own home.
Come out of winter hibernation on Ground Hog's Day, February 2, from 6:30 to 8:00pm at the Old Towne Pub & Eatery. Enjoy light refreshments while listening to facts, strategies and advice from a real estate broker, licensed home inspector, mortgage lender and real estate attorney.
If you or someone you know is serious about buying a home - whether it's the first time or the last time - this hour and a half in a comfortable, no pressure setting will be time well spent.
