Strength in Action: Getting Comfortable with Self Defense
Join us on August 13 for our next WBC event: Strength in Action: Get Comfortable with Self-Defense - a hands-on event focused on self-defense basics for women, hosted by Misfits Jiujitsu!
This session is all about building confidence, increasing awareness, and learning simple techniques to help you feel strong, prepared, and empowered in everyday situations. No experience needed - just a willingness to show up for yourself!
Don’t miss out - bring a friend and take that first step toward feeling more secure and self-assured!
- Participants should wear clothes they can easily move in and avoid wearing any dresses or skirts.
- Some physical activity will occur - instruction suitable for most physical abilities.
- Release forms/waiver forms will be available via links in the the registration confirmation email - no one may participate without these forms being signed and turned in prior to the event.
