Tri City Health Partnership is a dedicated, non-profit organization providing completely free, quality medical and dental care to people who don’t have insurance, and who live or work in Central Kane County. We are seeking an upbeat, friendly, compassionate person to provide regular hygiene care to the patients we serve. The majority of the patients we see at TCHP speak Spanish as their primary language, so bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. Several team members who are bilingual can assist, and TCHP provides access to essential.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, excellent patient care skills, and is able to build a positive rapport with the patients we serve. This person will be dependable, and community-minded. In your role, you’ll report to the Dental Practice Manager.
Core Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Ensure the delivery of compassionate and high-quality dental care to all patients.
- Support the Dental Practice Manager in:
- Monitoring patient satisfaction and implementing improvements as needed
- Address and resolve any patient concerns or issues.
- Assist with data collection and maintaining records, recognizing confidentiality and in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- Current dental hygiene license in Illinois
- Knowledge of dental hygiene practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for community service and improving public health.
- English speaking and bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish and English
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary will be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
- This is an hourly position at $38-42 per hour.
- Periodically, additional hours may be available, if requested and approved in advance.

Part-time: 8 hours each week, M-F 8:30am-4:30pm.
Occasional evenings and/or weekends.
